2004 - Apartment Hunting in NYC

By the end of 2004, I'd had it with Hoboken and my commute to the East Side of Manhattan. I moved into the city, and I was armed with an upgraded home recording setup. My terrible experiences with NYC realtors led to a cheery holiday track...about MURDER.
