When you're dating an actor, it obviously makes sense to collaborate on a video! Heather had already proved to me that she was the best gift giver you'll ever meet, so I wrote a song called "The Master", and we spent a day running around NYC shooting footage to match the lyrics. I was worried we wouldn't find a Santa, but early in the afternoon, we were lucky enough to meet an off-duty Santa on the street. It was perfect! I also somehow convinced Miles Grier, who I barely knew, to come sing a song that I thought would be perfect for his voice, and he sang this one better than I ever could.
