ABOUT THE LEAGUE
The Hudson Valley Senior Soccer League hosts two divisions for soccer players who are over 40. The Over 40 Division plays games Saturdays at 3:30pm at fields throughout the Hudson Valley in the fall (September through early December) and spring (April through June). O40 games are outdoors, 11v11, 90 minutes long, and played by FIFA rules. The Over 50 Division plays games Sundays at 10am. O50 games are outdoors, 8v8, last 80 minutes, and are are played on slightly smaller fields (~80 yards). Slide tackling is not permitted in any of our leagues.
The league is always looking for new certified referees, so if you are interested in getting involved, use the form at the bottom of this page to contact the league.
HOW TO JOIN THE LEAGUE

If you are looking to join a team in the league, we suggest contacting teams directly. To do this: visit the Directory page, click on the link, and you'll see all the captains, team locations, and contact information. Then you can contact them to see if they are seeking new players. The league does not have the ability to place you directly on a team.
