Division 1: Orchard FC and NYC Egypt scrapped to a 1-1 draw on Tuesday. Michael Gavriel scored for Orchard, and Shady Amari hit the back of the net for Egypt. On Wednesday, OTPHJ FC won a close affair with Brooklyn Red Star thanks to Daniel Taylor's hat trick. And finally, Thursday saw both CLS United and Hudson FC close the gap on ISL as CLS defeated ISL 3-2 and Hudson toppled Beyond FC 5-3. ISL keep their place on the top of the table, but their first loss means the title race is back on.
Division 2: Ballistic are pushing for a spot in the final, and their 3-2 win over Ramblers United was a step in the right direction. Scott Strycharz hit for two on Monday, and is tied with Sam Friedman for the goalscoring lead. Triboro FC edged past the Brooklyn Gunners on Tuesday. And Barmy Army became the first team to earn a point against the Prairie Dogs of Brooklyn as they drew 3-3 in a thrilling Game of the Week.
Men's 8v8: Unless Gotham United can beat the Dirty Birds by 11+ goals next week, the top 4 and bottom 4 teams are confirmed for the final games of the season! Sha Sha Queso, Wiz KhaFIFA, The Big Lewandowski, and the Dirty Birds will battle it out for the title. Queso and Wiz KhaFIFA are still heavy favorites, and it might come down to their final game as they are scheduled to meet on May 31st.
Women's 8v8: CPR beat Appletown 3-0 this week, and Beyond FC drew with the Ruelers. CPR ends the week top of the table, but everyone is still alive in the title race!
