It was a week of upsets in Division 1 as every game was won by the team behind in the table... Beyond FC beat Set Shop Ramblers 3-2 thanks to 2 goals by Sherief El-Helaifi... Orchard dominated CLS to stay alive in the title race, 5-0... Brooklyn Red Star edged Hudson FC to end the season in 4th place... Hamzah Alnasser scored twice to tie it up at the top of the scoring charts... In Division 2, the Prairie Dogs (of War) of Brooklyn were the first team to clinch a spot in the final thanks to a 3-1 win over Gotham City... Zum Schneider FC '03 Gelb inched closer to joining the Prairie Dogs with a 3-1 victory against Barmy Army... BG2 got by Metro City Fury 3-2 behind a brace by Emmanuel Hastings... In the Men's 8v8 Division, The Frenchies & Catherine got their 4th draw of the season in a 1-1 game with Toon Army... And on the last night of the women's season, CPR clinched their fourth Gotham Soccer League title with a 2-0 victory. Congratulations to the Central Park Rangers! And congratulations to Jill Brehm who scored her 6th goal in 5 games to win the Golden Boot!
