Zum Schneider Blau returned to Gotham with an opening-day win over Brooklyn Red Star. Dante Varotsis scored twice for Zum... Gotham City's two teams are in first AND second after Gotham City Yellow beat the Brooklyn Gunners 4-2... Andrew Holliday had a hat trick as Orchard FC beat the Set Shop Ramblers 5-1... Ballistic kept a clean sheet and got two goals from Scott Strycharz as they beat Ramblers United 2-0... ISL came back after being down 2-0 to stun Zum Schneider Gelb 3-2... NYC United (pictured above) got their first win in GSL as they downed Mother's Ruin 5-3... Wiz KhaFIFA kept rolling as they defeated the Big Lewandowski 3-0... The Toon Army shut out the Frenchies & Catherine, and Stephen Johnson bagged 3 goals... Alexis Tomarken had both goals for Appletown as they beat the Oranginas 2-0... and the Manhattan Kickers edged out Beyond FC 2-1.
